Born and raised in Denpasar, Bali, chef Agus Daniel found his passion in cooking when he was 14. From his mother, he learned that the best ingredients to create the tastiest dish are passion and love for cooking. Therefore, he pursued his culinary dream and graduated from Mapindo Hospitality Institute, Bali. He sailed with Carribean Cruise Lines and enriched his cooking skills for 10 years. From there, he has been dedicating his culinary career life in Bali and now he is the Executive Sous Chef of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort.
