Points earning for Members with a stay in a guest room:
Points, including Elite bonus points, or miles will be awarded to Members with a stay in a guest room and bill their spa charges to their room. Points are awarded on eligible dollars spent. Spa retail products and membership dues / fees do not qualify for earning points.
Points earning for Members without a stay in a guest room:
Points on the eligible spa charges are awarded to Members who have not booked to stay at the hotel where the spa resides.
Members earn 10 points for every U.S. dollar spend on eligible spa service, except at Elements where the Member earn 5 points for every U.S. dollar spend..
Minimum spend of $10 U.S. dollar to qualify for earning points. Taxes, gratuities and service charges are not included in either the minimum, nor the earn calculation.
Not applicable for spa retail products, spa and gym membership dues / fees and spa certificate purchase.
Elite bonus points will not be awarded on charges incurred by Members without a stay in a guest room.
Miles will not be awarded on charges incurred by Members without a stay in a guest room. Members who are currently earning miles can change their earning preference by updating their Membership profile or by contacting Member Support prior to the visit.
It may take up to 7 business days after each patronage for point to be posted. If after 7 business days, Members do not see the points in their accounts, please contact Member Support.
Complimentary spa enhancement service:
Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite Members are eligible to enjoy a choice of complimentary spa enhancement service for every eligible spa treatment purchased.
Spa enhancement service is an added-value that does not require an additional charge or extend a spa treatment time that is already booked by an eligible Member.
Choice of complimentary spa enhancement services varies by participating spas and subject to change at any time with or without notice.
Access fee waiver for Members without a stay in a guest room:
Participating spas where access fees are required for guests without a stay will waive access fees for Marriott Bonvoy Members who book a spa treatment.
Prior reservations at participating spas are highly encouraged but not compulsory.
Cancellation, contraindication conditions and other policies may apply and are subject to individual spa’s policy.
Not applicable in conjunction with additional spa or hotel specific promotions including spa membership or credit card offers.
Members can only earn points and enjoy spa enhancement service by paying the bill in person. Membership cards must be presented physically or on their Marriott Bonvoy App upon bill settlement. Valid payment methods include cash settlement, credit card or debit card on which their names should match with the registered Membership records. In-room settlement is also accepted for Members with a stay in a guest room.
Any queries on points earning must be raised immediately upon bill settlement at the spa. No amendment will be made thereafter.
