Chef Michele Antonucci

In 2001, Michele completed his diploma at IPSSAR Bari, Italy and started his career as Commis Chef at Hotel Montecampione. In 2002, Michele moved to Indonesia to work as Demi Chef for Hotel Sporting in Surabaya. After one year, Chef Michele returned to Europe to continue his culinary journey at a number of establishments in Italy and Switzerland. In 2015, he made his way back to Asia and worked as Chef de Partie at Dai-ichi Hotel and Bulgari Hotel in Osaka. Upon his return to Indonesia, he lead the culinary team at Alba’s Group Ristorante in October 2022 before joining Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
