Chef Samuel Adi was born in Jakarta and graduated from Ars International School, majoring in Food & Beverage Production. His experience in the culinary industry started in 2003, when he was working in several hotels in the UK such as Hyatt Regency Brimingham and De Vere Belton Woods Hotel as Commis Chef. He has joined Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin since 2016.
