Standard Operation Procedure

  • As advised by local authorities, guests and visitors are required to display a digital vaccination certificate prior to entering the hotel premises. Kindly note that guests will only be considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving their second dose of the Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Sinovac vaccine. Individuals who have received the Johnson & Johnson or CanSino vaccine will only be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving their jab.
  • Restaurants must adhere to social distancing guidelines (a minimum of 1-metre apart) with 50% capacity per table and have excellent ventilation system in place.
  • Children under age 17 (who are not vaccinated) may be permitted to dine-in with their parents, so long as the parents have completed their vaccinations, as required by the local authorities.
