Aloft’s bubbly executive chef Arfizan Abdul Rahim has almost 20 years of experience under his belt, having worked in international hotels such as the St. Regis, before joining Aloft KL Sentral in 2017 as executive sous chef. A true foodie who loves exploring new food joints, Arfizan’s love of food stems from his mother’s cooking, and is constantly experimenting to create mouthwatering recipes.
