Don’t let executive sous chef Norhanis Nordin’s quiet demeanour fool you – he’s a lean, mean, cooking machine, whipping up delicious dishes for all our guests! Having worked with international brands such as Novotel and Hilton, he joined Aloft KL Sentral in 2018.  Inspired by his grandfather to become a chef, his love of exploring different cuisines led him to become a chef, so that he can both taste and create amazing food, with the goal of being able to create an unforgettable dish for his guests.
