Itthi Nitayaporn has been appointed as the new Executive Sous Chef at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park. He used to study at Le Cordon Bleu and used to work in the kitchen department, both in Thailand and France. Chef Itthi used to aid developing the culinary concept at “The District Grill Room and Bar”, which was awarded the title of “BKK Best Dining of the Year”.
