Chef Benoit Leloup joins Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon in 2020, bringing his 20 years of experience and culinary art to the hotel's main dining venue. Born and raised in France, chef Benoit began his career in Michelin starred restaurants in France and the Caribbean, expanding then his prestigious resume with experiences in luxury hotels in China, Cambodia and Vietnam. Before joining Renaissance, he was Executive Chef of the Intercontinental hotel in Nha Trang.
