Around 30 years ago, Chef Thi Giang started his culinary career working in one of the most prestigious hotels in Ho Chi Minh City at the time - The Saigon Floating Hotel. He was trained in each and every section of a Chinese kitchen and dedicated himself to mastering the basics of all parts of a Chinese kitchen. For the opening of Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, he was offered the position of a Sous Chef of Li Bai restaurant, assisting the Executive Chef in overlooking the preparation of ingredients and the food cost control the restaurant. Chef Giang is passionate about introducing truly authentic Cantonese cuisine and cooking style that Li Bai has become known for over the years.
