Patrick Wilfred grew up on the Island of Gods, Bali. Inspired to pursue a career in culinary, he attended Trisakti Institute of Tourism, graduating in 2012. Before joining Soirèe Lounge & Grill in June 2023, he worked at numerous five-star hotel restaurants and well-known steakhouses around Indonesia.

Patrick and his team are the minds behind the new menu concept of Soirèe Lounge & Grill as a Yogyakarta steakhouse destination. The menu features fine selections of dry-aged and wet-aged steaks to specially curated menus from the land and sea.

Guests at Soirèe Lounge & Grill also can enjoy a selection of small plates, such as dry-aged toro, using a wasabi aioli as a touch of Japanese influence. Chef de Cuisine Patrick welcomes guests to come to Soirèe Lounge & Grill, a local steakhouse gem that serves fine-quality steaks.
