Faisol Amin as known as Ijonk, started his career as barista from January 2011 with Starbucks coffee and continued to Retaj Hotels and Hospitality in Qatar for 2 years. Shortly after, he continued his career at Sofitel Hotel Abu Dhabi. In 2015 he joined with the Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel managed by Accor as Bar Supervisor, and after 3 years he ended up with Restaurant and Bar Manager. He continued his journey at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel and Towers as Kawi Lounge Bar Manager since 2018.
