Chef Reza Kurniawan

Started his culinary career in 2004 in Dubai, Chef Reza Kurniawan's journey has brought him to several new positions around the world, including to Le Meritage at Maison Dupuy Hotel in New Orleans, where he was posted as Chef de Partie, and to Banyan Tree Bintan as Executive Sous Chef.

His most recent position prior to coming to Lombok was as Executive Sous Chef at Soneva Kiri in Thailand. Benefitting the opportunity of working in the country known as one of Asian’s food paradises, he broadened his culinary knowledge by exploring his skills in cooking Thai dishes, leading him to be selected as a contestant of Iron Chef Thailand in 2020.

Helming the kitchen team of the resort, Chef Reza will showcase his intensive knowledge on international culinary management. With his focus on maximizing the use of locally-sourced ingredients in the island, he also strives to bring an extraordinary experience to every diner of Senggigi through his well-crafted creations that emphasize authenticity and creativity.
