Usually called Chef Andri has a high passion for the field of food and beverage. Chef Andri began to build his career from the bottom and continue to hone his skills in the field of food and beverage along the way of his brilliant career.
Chef Andri officially joins JW Marriott Surabaya in January 2014 as Executive Chef, in charge of Pavillion All Day Dining and Coffee Shop, Tang Palace Specialty Chinese Restaurants, Imari Specialty Japanese Restaurants, and our newest restaurant Uppercut Steakhouse. Currently, Chef Andri is still continuing to share his knowledge and contributing to culinary development at JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya. Chef Andri also wants to ensure the culinary connoisseurs whose visiting JW Marriott Surabaya will experience an impressive and unforgettable dining moment.
