With over 25 years of culinary experience in New York, Miami, Beijing and Singapore, Chef Mike was on famed restaurateur Alan Yau’s team for the opening of Hakkasan Miami as Chef de cuisine.

His unique style in cooking by using seasonal fish products and adapting his menu to local tastes are key factors in setting his food apart from the rest.

Chef Mike started his career in Singapore in the mid-90s, and has since worked at several renowned establishments around the world such as My Humble House and Hakkasan before finally coming back to Singapore as Chef de cuisine at Forest Restaurant in Resorts World Sentosa.
