Chef Faustino Picardo Ines Jr began his culinary journey three decades ago as a commis at Shangri-La Manila. Under the guidance of the esteemed Culinary Head of Enderun Colleges, See Cheong Yan, he honed his skills and quickly advanced to the position of Chef de Partie. Following his successful tenure at Shangri-La Singapore as a Sous Chef at The Line Restaurant, Chef Faustino joined the opening team of The Waterfall Café Mediterranean Cuisine.

Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Faustino has cultivated a signature style that seamlessly fuses Mediterranean and Asian flavours. His unique recipes are distinguished by the infusion of distinct herbs, spices, and stocks, resulting in culinary creations that are truly unparalleled.

With a decade-long stint at 21 on Rajah, at the previous Days by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park, and currently at Aloft Singapore Novena, Chef Faustino has consistently delighted diners with his innovative and tantalising dishes. His unwavering passion for culinary excellence shines through in every plate he presents, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to savour his culinary masterpieces.
