Our all-day dining restaurant, The Andaman Kitchen serves exquisite Thai and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our daily buffet breakfast is the perfect way to start your day, with a range of live cooking stations featuring omelets, noodles and our signature dish, eggs benedict topped with Phuket crab curry. Guests can also choose from a variety of fresh juices and drinks.

During the day, The Andaman Kitchen is a great place to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine, as well as quick bites and light lunches. An al fresco terrace also allows guests to relax in style, kissed by the tropical sea air. And after dark, the restaurant transforms into a fine-dining venue with a nightly selection of themed buffets showcasing a range of cuisines from around the world.

Guests wanting to immerse themselves in Thai culture can also take part in a cooking class, which offers the chance to create dishes from the four culinary regions of Thailand.

Additionally, he manages all event catering, from weddings to meetings, and is responsible for kitchen staff recruitment, training, and budget planning.
