A passionate Italian chef with more than a decade of experiences in Italian Cuisine. He is originally from Milan, the city of fashion, art, entertainment and the finest Italian cuisine! He was born to a catering business family from which he inherited his passion to become a passionate Italian Chef.
To pursue his dream of becoming an Italian Chef, he left his home and headed to Thailand to start his own restaurant in Khao Lak and later moved to Krabi and Phuket. After years of restaurant experience, he looked for a new challenge and decided to join the Culinary team at Le Meridien Khao Lak to expand his culinary experience and share his love for authentic cuisine to creative minded travelers from around the world.
