Aakash Srivastava is the Junior Sous Chef at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre. A culinary aficionado with a great skillset and strong interpersonal skills, Aakash has been awarded multiple accolades in his culinary role. Prior to Hyderabad Marriott, Aakash has also worked with the Oberoi Group of Hotels, his last assignment was with Trident Bandra Kurla, Mumbai. In his role at Marriott, Aakash overlooks the culinary operations for the hotels’ restaurants along with his team, including the all-day dining outlet – Okra, Altitude – the lounge bar, Bidri – the Indian fine dining restaurant and Hyderabad Baking Co. – the delicatessen. Specializing in Oriental cuisine, Aakash enjoys creating a dining experience that is memorable and brings each guest back for more. His signature dishes include, Chicken in Chilly and Scallion Sauce, Mie Goreng and Sambal Fried Noodles. An expert in curating dishes according to individual food palates, Aakash enjoys adding a signature twist to the gastronomic experience. When he is not cooking, Aakash is also passionate about food photography, food styling and enjoys traveling."
