Chef de Cuisine Jack Chang is a Taiwanese Chef, he is classicly french trained and has worked in some of the top hotels in Taipei. From the MU Hotel, and most recently the Illume Taipei. Chef Jack focuses on local seasonal ingredients and how he can make the shine on a plate for our guests to enjoy.
