What is the adjustment to the earn rate?
The adjustment applies to members who have not booked accommodation at the hotel where the earn is occurring.
At participating restaurants, bars and spa outlets*, members will earn on eligible charges** at a rate of 5 points per US$1 on the total check (including taxes, service charges, gratuities). No minimum spend requirement.
The previous earn rate was 10 points per US$1 on eligible spend (excluding ineligible categories; e.g. taxes, service charges, gratuities). Minimum spend of US$10 was required.

When will the adjusted earn rate come into effect?
The adjusted earn rate will take effect at 00:00 A.M. Hong Kong time on November 1, 2023.
What is the earn rate if I stay at the hotel?
Earn rate for staying guests remains unchanged, provided that you charge the bill to the room. If you charge the bill to the hotel room and pay at check-out, you will earn points based on the earning rate applicable to each brand. How do I earn points?
There is no change on the process to earn points. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will need to present your membership information* upon payment. If you are staying at the hotel, you may charge the bill towards the hotel room so that you can earn points together with the rest of your eligible charges.

The redemption rate remains unchanged. All year round, members enjoy a seamless redemption experience at a rate of 200 points per US$1 when paying the entire bill* with points in selected restaurants and bars**
