Singapore Restaurants and Bars Double Points Promotion (17 August – 15 September 2023) ​

• Registration is not required for this promotion. ​
• Participants must be (1) a Marriott Bonvoy member, (2) perform at least 1 earned transaction from 17 August after 12 noon to 15 September 2023 before 12 noon by dining in at one of the participating restaurants and bars​
• There is no limit on how many times each member dines at our restaurant and bar during the promotion period.  ​
• Marriott Bonvoy Members earn double Points per eligible food and beverage charges during the promotion period at participating restaurants & bars.  ​
• Members earn base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all qualifying charges incurred and paid directly at the food and beverage outlet by the Member. Food and beverage charges billed to a registered guest’s room are not eligible for points earning. ​
• After the transaction is completed, the promotion bonus Points awarded will be equal to the number of base points earned per transaction. Therefore, for each qualifying U.S. dollar spent, 10 bonus Points will be awarded. ​
• In addition to the base Points and any Elite bonus Points, the Promotion bonus Points will be awarded per eligible transaction within the promotion earning period. ​
• Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to taxes, tobacco, merchandise, day passes, service charge and gratuity.  ​
• Offer is valid in conjunction with other Marriott Bonvoy, or hotel direct discounts and promotions. Offer is not valid with other Third-party and Associate discounts and promotions.  ​
• Participants are required to spend a minimum of USD $10 (after discount) to participate in the promotion. The USD exchange rate to local currency is subject to our daily exchange rate conversion when the eligible transaction is made at the participating hotels in Marriott Bonvoy program. Minimum spending must be made in every eligible transaction.  ​
• Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy Membership Account Number is added as part of the booking process, Points will automatically appear in the Member's Account six (6) weeks following the completion of promotion period. ​
• Members electing to earn miles are not eligible for this promotion. ​
• Participants agree that Marriott will not be liable for any loss of information submitted by the participants due to computer, website, network, communications or any other technical errors, including technical errors which interfere with the Participant’s transaction. ​
• Incomplete, illegible, and late entries, and any other entries which do not fully comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be deemed void and disqualified.  ​

Win a Getaway at the Maldives Lucky Draw (17 August – 15 September 2023) 

Draw Details

1. Marriott International is conducting this lucky draw from 17 August 2023 at 1200hrs to 16 September 2023 at 1159hrs. 
2. Participating resorts in the Maldives – 
   • 1x 4D3N stay for 2 guests (including breakfast) at Le Meridien Maldives Resort & Spa;  
   • 1x 4D3N stay for 2 guests (including breakfast) at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort & Spa; 
   • 1x 4D3N stay for 2 guests (including breakfast) at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort; 
   • 1x 4D3N stay for 2 guests (including breakfast) at the W Maldives; 
   • 1x 4D3N stay for 2 guests (including breakfast) at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. 
3. Each Winner can only win one prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-resalable and may not be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash in any circumstances. 
4. Participants are required to spend a minimum of USD $10 (after discount) to participate in the lucky draw. The USD exchange rate to SGD is subject to our daily exchange rate conversion when the eligible transaction is made at the participating hotels in Marriott Bonvoy program in Singapore. Spending must be made in one single receipt​. 
5. Each participant must be a Marriott Bonvoy member to enter the lucky draw and each Marriott Bonvoy member only produce one entry per lucky draw but can participate again when he/she dines again in any one of the participating restaurants and bars. ​ 
6. Members must then use the Freedompay tablet to scan and earn points to participate in the draw. 
7. Winners will be drawn by Marriott International within 5 weeks after the campaign closes. 
8. The physical draw will be done at Las Palmas Rooftop Bar at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena on Thursday, 5 October at 6 pm. 
9. Winners will be contacted by email (based on registered email address on member profile) within 6 weeks after the campaign closes. Winners will be asked to provide the address, to which the physical voucher will be sent to. 
10. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 3 months. 
11. Participants are required to be Marriott Bonvoy members in order to be eligible to win a prize under this competition. Upon selection of a winner, he or she must present their Marriott Bonvoy membership number and proof of points earned from dining at a participating outlet during the competition period in order to receive the prize.​ 
12. Contest is only open to residents within Singapore and participants must be 18 years old or above in order to participate. Marriott reserves the rights to exclude any person in any of the following categories to participate in the competition or to be awarded any prize: (a) persons who are the directors, officers or employees of Marriott or any affiliate, persons who are engaged in the administration, development, production or distribution of the competition, and persons who are directors, officers or employees of any advertising or promotion agency associated with the competition; (b) persons who were or are on-site directors, officers or employees of any third party operator at Marriott; and (c) persons who are family members (including spouse, or biological, adoptive or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or any dependent under any applicable income tax law) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, and (d) persons who are resident in jurisdictions where Marriott is prohibited or restricted by law in respect of Marriott’s conduct of this competition or where it is illegal for such persons to participate in this competition under the laws of that jurisdiction.​ 
13. Incomplete, illegible, and late entries, and any other entries which do not fully comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be deemed void and disqualified. This applies even if the relevant participant has been selected as a Winner of the competition and in such circumstances, the Prize shall be forfeited by the Winner without compensation upon Marriott’s notice to the Winner.​ 
14. Marriott reserves the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected of taking part in the competition using accounts registered with a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the process or results of the competition. Marriott also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person. Marriott may disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached these terms and conditions. This applies even if the disqualified person has been selected as a Winner of the competition and in those circumstances, the Prize shall be forfeited by the Winner without compensation upon Marriott’s notice to the Winner.​ 

  Governing Law 

1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Neither Marriott nor any affiliate makes any representation that participation in the competition is appropriate or available in other locations and the competition is void in any jurisdiction where the conduct of or participation in such a competition is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in the competition do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation by Marriott which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, Marriott reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this competition.​
