Our Banana fritters are made from local grown banana ‘kepok’, with choices of Chocolate sauce, and grated Cheddar, or Exotic Sambal Roa for Manadonese flavor. This sambal is well known in Manado, made from chili sambal, with smoked local fish named “Ikan Roa”
No one will say no to this signature cake. This layer cake has a soft and spongy texture full of chocolate cream and ganache. You must try this. Delizioso!
One of the signature Manadonese dish influenced by Dutch cuisine. This sweet tart is made from custard and coconut as the main ingredients, you must try this when you travel to Manado.

Chef M. Aqibar has strong cooking style at various Indonesian and Western delicacies. Chef M. Aqibar started his career journey as an Apprentice in one of a well-known property in Makassar, and in his second year, he got his title as a Commis I in the same property, where he started his career. In 2017, Chef M. Aqibar continue to pursue his career at Four Points by Sheraton Manado as Chef De Partie. Due to his diligence in over 20 years of experience, he finally got his title as Sous Chef.
