- Financial consumers have the right to receive an explanation of the financial product or service in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.
- The overdue interest rate is applied within the 'contracted interest rate per member and product used + maximum 3% per annum, within the legal maximum interest rate (20% per annum)'.
However, if there is no contracted interest rate at the time of overdue, the following applies
• In case of overdue lump-sum transaction: Minimum period (2 months) interest rate at the time of transaction occurrence
• In case of overdue interest-free installment transaction: interest rate for the same installment contract period at the time of transaction
- Card issuance may be restricted if credit card issuance is inappropriate (low personal credit score, reason for overdue (including short term), etc.).
- The card payment and all accompanying fees must be repaid on the payment date specified by the customer.
※ If your credit card usage is excessive compared to your ability to repay, your personal credit rating may decrease.
※ A drop in personal credit score may result in disadvantages related to financial transactions.
※ If you overdue your credit card payment for a certain period of time, you may be obliged to reimburse all credit card payments for which the payment date has not yet arrived.
