Taking its name from the Thai word ‘Paii', which means to paddle, the restaurant presents the best of local and imported seafood while honouring the legacy of the founder of The House on Sathorn, Luang Sathorn Rajayutka, who created Sathorn Canal.

Chef Joe started his journey with The House on Sathorn as Sous Chef at The Dining Room in February 2018. Chef Joe’s culinary path first began with the joy of cooking at home for his family and loved ones. His love and passion for cooking had developed from just home cooking within family to become professional career and brought him to where he is today. Chef Joe is currently Executive Chef and has been a great contributor for the new dining concept Modern Thai Seafood at Paii at The House on Sathorn.
