Born in Cilacap – Central Java, Indonesia, Chef Yono has over 30 years’ experiences in the industry which started his career in 1992 as a Cook Helper at Japanese Restaurant. Known for his specialization in International and Japanese Cuisine, he is encouraged to unleash more his creativity and to craft memorable culinary experiences for all who dine with us at Pandan Wangi Restaurant.

His master of the Craft of “The New Art of Ketan Bakar” is successfully awards the Indonesia World Records Museum (MURI) in 2023.
