Gosht Seekh Kebab

The classic Indian appetizer made with spices mixed with minced or ground lamb meat, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled, served with a mint-coriander chutney is a sought-after dish at Saffron.

Saffron and Elaichi Martini

Our “Saffron and Elaichi Martini” consists of vodka, pineapple juice and cardamom syrup; the vodka is infused in a bottle along with Saffron strands over a period of a 15 days which leads to a change in its color and gives it a unique taste. Topped with freshly squeezed pineapple juice and cardamom syrup into a martini glass, the cocktail indicates the richness and royalty of Indian cuisine.

Mysore Chocolate Mousse with Gulab Jamun Cheesecake

A fusion dessert consisting of single origin chocolate from Mysore, black pepper and baked cheesecake with gulab jamun, one of the favorites from Saffron’s menu.

Galauti Kebab

Originating from Lucknow and popular amongst the nawabs, this melt-in-the-mouth delicacy consists of minced meat or vegetables, Kashmiri saffron and inverted griddle cooked bread.

Shahi Nalli Nihari

An authentic Mughlai delicacy comprising lamb shank, onion, yoghurt and spices served with the Saffron twist.

Palak Anjeera Kebab

Consisting of locally sourced spinach, figs, black cumin and moong beans, the Palak Anjeera Kebab is a popular, comforting appetizer.

Shahi Tukda

An indulgent delicacy which literally translates into “royal piece of dessert” was popular amongst kings and queens in India. It consists of deep fried, ghee-dipped and sugar syrup-soaked bread pieces topped with a thick rabdi (sweet, condensed-milk-based dish flavoured with sugar, spices and nuts) and slivered dry fruits.
