One of the local dishes from Manado made from vegetables mixed with rice, Bubur Manado/Tinutuan is often consumed for breakfast.

Sup Buntut

One of the best-selling dishes, guests can choose how they prefer the oxtail to be cooked: grilled, boiled or fried. The oxtail soup is then served with homemade sambal, lime slices and emping crackers.

Chef M. Aqibar has strong cooking style at various Indonesian and Western delicacies. Chef M. Aqibar started his career journey as an Apprentice in one of a well-known property in Makassar, and in his second year, he got his title as a Commis I in the same property, where he started his career. In 2017, Chef M. Aqibar continue to pursue his career at Four Points by Sheraton Manado as Chef De Partie. Due to his diligence in over 20 years of experience, he finally got his title as Sous Chef.
